Hi, I’m Terry. My career has taken me through different industries, from business operations and team leadership to business intelligence and analytics. Along the way, I’ve developed an interest in technology, AI, and building things of my own.
A path shaped by curiosity.
My career hasn't followed a conventional path. I've worked in hospitality, retail, technical support, business operations, and analytics. Each experience has given me a different view of people, businesses, and the systems they rely on.
At Oracle, I started in commercial operations, then moved into team leadership, business intelligence, and analytics. My work grew from learning processes firsthand to building analytics solutions and helping global teams understand business performance.
I learned that understanding the business problem matters as much as understanding the technology. A dashboard needs trusted numbers. A process change or automation needs to make someone's work easier.
Outside my career, I build websites, web applications, and mobile apps. I use AI-assisted tools to turn ideas into working products while I grow my technical skills. I remain curious about how things work, why they fail, and what could work better.
I have worked across customer-facing businesses, commercial operations, team leadership, business intelligence, and analytics. Each role shaped how I understand organizations, solve problems, and work with people.

Partner Analytics
Turned partner-program needs into analytics products that improved visibility into bookings, assessment activity, and incentive decisions.
2023–2024
Partner Insights and Revenue Operations
Built partner and revenue reporting, then used the data to explain operational trends and support planning.
2022–2023
EMEA Operations
Led a 20-person EMEA team through quote-to-cash, approving deal registrations, supporting complex deals, and improving transaction handling.
2021–2022
Partner Transactions
Guided Sales through complex cloud deal setup, commercial terms, approvals, and booking handoffs.
2018–2021
Partner Transactions
Checked partner deal registrations and prepared quotes so eligible deals could move through Oracle’s sales process.
